My odometer rolled over 200,000 km on the Trans-Canada yesterday and it felt like a real moment.

Used to see high mileage as just wear and tear, something that lowers a car's value. Hitting a big round number like that on a long highway makes you see it differently though. It's more like a record of all the places you've been, proof the car earned its keep. Makes that little number rolling over feel like a quiet win.

Man that's exactly it. Hitting those big numbers changes the whole way you look at a car. It stops being just a machine and starts feeling like something that actually went through life with you. Every dent and weird noise has a story behind it. That odometer rolling over is the quietest victory lap you'll ever take.

Totally get what you mean, @black.wesley. Felt the same when my old truck finally hit 200k on a road trip. Honestly changed how I saw every scratch and rattle after that. It just felt like a badge for all the years it kept going.
