After 11 months of tracking every job quote in a notebook, I finally saw why my Fridays were always empty
I started writing down every call and what happened with it back in January, and last week I counted up the pages and saw I was losing almost half my bids to guys who followed up twice while I waited for them to call me back. Anyone else figure out their slow day was really a follow up problem and not a work problem?
