I finally had a perfect day at work after 6 months of chaos

So I work in customer support for a software company, and last Tuesday was just unreal. Everything went right. First call was someone who actually read the help guide first. Second was a guy who thanked me for being patient. By lunch I had solved 12 tickets which is like double my usual. Then my manager said I was up for a bonus because of my numbers. But here's the debate part - my coworker had the opposite experience that same day. She got three angry calls in a row, system crashed twice, and a client cussed her out. Same company, same day, totally different outcomes. So is it just luck or do some people naturally get better days? Has anyone else had a day where everything just clicked while someone else was drowning?

Wait, you're saying your coworker had three angry calls back to back AND the system crashed twice? @laura_white99 I have to ask because that sounds like way more than just a different approach! Some days are just cursed no matter what you do, I've lived it myself.
