Spent $400 on a 'career accelerator' course that was just recycled blog posts
The whole thing was just a guy reading slides for six hours, and the 'exclusive network' was a dead Facebook group. Anyone have a REAL resource for moving from property management into operations?

Man, does this bring back a bad memory for my buddy. He dropped a similar amount on a "mastermind" that was just a weekly Zoom call where the "guru" recycled the same three ideas. What finally worked for him was just finding one person actually doing the job he wanted and asking for a quick chat. He said most people were happy to give 20 minutes. Have you tried reaching out to any ops managers directly on LinkedIn?
