Tried the 'quiet quitting' approach for 3 months at my call center job in Phoenix
Honestly, I thought working less hard would make my days easier. But after 3 months of just doing the bare minimum, my call stats dropped by 40% and my supervisor started watching me like a hawk. I learned that for me, putting in a little extra effort actually made the day go faster because I was more engaged. Has anyone else found that slacking off backfires in a bigger way than you expected?

Isn't quiet quitting really just doing your job instead of going above and beyond every day though?

Honestly "doing your job" has just become a fancy way to say not burning yourself out for free.
