PSA: that $220 palm nailer I grabbed for door jambs is gathering dust in my truck

Bought one back in May thinking it'd save my wrists on trim work. Used it twice and went right back to the 18 gauge. The thing is loud, kicks like a mule, and you still gotta hand set the finish nails anyway. My buddy Chuck warned me, said palm nailers are for framing in tight spots, not finish work. Shoulda listened. Anyone actually getting good use out of theirs or is it just me?
