Guy on a Boise job site told me to stop running kicker strokes at the end of the hall
Honestly I was power stretching by hand at the end of a 40 foot hall in Boise and a guy from the crew next door watched me for a second then asked why I was working so hard. He said he always sets his power stretcher dead center and works out both ways so the last kicker strokes are only about 8 inches instead of 3 feet. I tried it on my next run and my knees thanked me by lunch. Tbh it's one of those small things you never think about until someone points it out. Anybody else got a trick like that for the far end of a long stretch?
