Seen 3 new guys skip carpet pad sealing tape this month alone

I keep running into new installers who think just tucking the pad edges under the tack strip is good enough. Did a repair job last week in Phoenix where moisture got under the pad and ruined the whole room because nobody sealed the seams. How do you guys get new guys to actually use the tape without looking like you're nagging them?
