Bulk bin trail mix experiment at my local co-op backfired hard

I tried to build a custom cheap trail mix at the co-op on Division Street, grabbed sunflower seeds, dried peas, and some generic cereal instead of the name brand stuff. Spent $6.40 on a bag that tasted like cardboard dust with raisins, and my lunch breaks got so sad I almost caved for a $9 sandwich nearby.
