PSA: My steam table pan slid into the pass during Friday night service
I was plating 40 covers at a busy bistro in Portland last month and my 1/3 pan of hollandaise slid off the steam table right onto the expo's shoes. The sauce splattered across three finished plates I had lined up for pick-up. Does anyone else have a system to keep those pans from shifting when you're in the weeds?

I glued little rubber feet to the bottom of mine and they haven't budged since.
