Rotary brush on a steep roof changed my whole flue cleaning process

Job on a 30 degree pitch in Denver last month, I was fighting the rope method for an hour before I borrowed the homeowner's truck to strap down a rotary brush rig. Now I use that setup for any slope over 25 degrees, cuts the job to 40 minutes and I'm not risking my ankles. Anyone else rig something simple to handle steep roofs?

Buddy of mine tried that rope method on a similar pitch outside of Boulder, slipped twice and just gave up. He ended up doing the whole job with the rotary setup from a ladder on the side, took him nearly two hours but he didn't break anything. I think he's still mad I didn't tell him about the truck strap trick sooner.
