Just realized my town's free compost pickup only runs 4 months a year and I missed the signup by 2 days
Stood at the curb Tuesday with two full bins while the truck rolled right past my neighbor's house (she got her sticker in March, I waited until June). So now I'm hauling food scraps to the community garden on Delaware Ave in my trunk like a weirdo until October. Does anyone know if other cities let you sign up mid-season, or am I stuck waiting for next spring?
