I keep seeing people say planting trees is the main answer to climate change. It's a good thing, but it's not a fix. Trees take decades to grow and store carbon, and a new study from the University of Michigan showed that many new forests are just one type of tree. If a disease hits, you could lose the whole lot. We need to cut emissions now, not just plan for 2050. What other quick steps do you think get overlooked because they aren't as nice to talk about?
