End mill welded itself to my aluminum piece

Turns out chip welding was the cause. Dropping the feed rate sorted it right out.

Cool, had that happen with steel, lowering feed fixed it for me too.

Nice when a simple fix works.

Actually, I've found it usually points to a bigger setup problem.
