Overheard a foreman say something that got me thinking about feeds and speeds
Guy from the shop next door was complaining about how his operators always run the spindle at 12,000 rpm for everything, and it clicked for me that I've been doing the same thing for 2 years without thinking. Has anyone else had to re-learn feeds and speeds after getting comfortable?
