Switched from coolant flood to misting, tolerances finally hold
I ran 600 parts with full flood on my VF-2 and the bore kept growing 0.002 by the third hour, then a guy in the Phoenix shop down the road talked me into trying a Fog Buster mist setup. After a week of tweaks the dimensions went dead nuts for the whole 600 run, anyone else seen that kind of thermal swing difference?

Heard a guy at a local shop talk about how flood coolant builds heat in the sump and the whole machine frame grows, so it makes sense the mist keeps things more stable. Glad you got the tolerances to lock in, that kind of swing is a pain to chase down all day.
