Deleting a whole test suite saved my React project

Last month my components kept failing for no reason, so I stripped out 40 tests in one afternoon. Turns out mocking the wrong API call had me chasing ghosts. Anyone else ever nuke tests to get clarity?

Wait, are you sure deleting the tests was the answer and not just hiding the problem? Sounds like those 40 tests were doing their job by catching something you didn't understand yet.
