Spent 4 hours debugging a missing semicolon in my JavaScript last night

I was working on a little calculator project in my bedroom around 2 AM. Everything looked fine to me but the console kept throwing errors. After googling and staring at the screen forever, I found I forgot one semicolon after a variable declaration. Has anyone else had a stupid simple mistake take way longer than it should to find?

Bro I once spent an hour trying to fix a typo in a CSS class name and it was just a lowercase "l" instead of a capital "I".

An hour though... that's rough but it's just a typo at the end of the day. People act like these little mistakes are the end of the world but you fix it and move on. Sure it's annoying but an hour of actual frustration seems a bit much.
