That one keyboard shortcut that saved me 2 hours of clicking

I spent my whole Saturday manually renaming like 50 image files in a folder for a project because I didn't know you could just select all and press F2. Then a friend in a Discord server laughed at me and showed me the trick, it worked instantly. Anyone else find out about some basic Windows shortcut way later than you'd like to admit?

Oh come on, it's not that big of a deal. I still do things the slow way on purpose because I want to actually look at each file before I rename it. F2 is fine if you're just slapping a number on a bunch of random photos, but if each file needs a specific name based on what's in it, you're still clicking through them one by one anyway. Plus I've seen people accidentally rename the wrong file or wipe out a whole batch because they weren't paying attention. Quick shortcuts are great but they're not always the answer for everything.

Yeah those batch renames can go south real quick if you blink.
