TIL coding bootcamps have a much lower graduation rate than I thought

I was reading a report from Course Report last week and it said only about 80% of people actually finish their bootcamp programs. I always assumed most people made it through since they paid thousands of dollars upfront. But the stats show a lot of folks drop out because they can't keep up with the pace or life gets in the way. Has anyone else run into this or know someone who quit halfway through?

80% feels like a flex for something that moves that fast. People act like dropping out is failing but that pace burns out like half the class easy. Maybe the stat is higher than it should be for programs costing that much money.

80% is actually pretty high for that kind of intense program.
