Reached 1,000 pourovers without a single bad cup and it broke my brain
I hit 1,000 consecutive pourovers (I keep a tally on my fridge, weird I know) last Tuesday. Got really into the V60 method about 3 years ago after watching a barista in Portland nail a perfect bloom. The milestone made me realize I've been obsessing over grind size and water temp for nothing (like, literally thousands of hours). Has anyone else tracked a coffee habit and found it changed how they think about brewing?

The "broke my brain" part really got me... I used to think tracking every pour was just overthinking a simple process but you might be onto something here. Watching that tally grow must put things in perspective about how much we overcomplicate things. Making me want to start my own count just to see what happens.
