Scales that weigh in 0.1g increments are making everyone obsessive
My buddy at the roastery in Portland uses a 0.1g scale to weigh every single bean before brewing and spent 20 minutes arguing about a 0.4g difference, has anyone else seen people get this overwrought about precision that doesn't even affect the taste?
