My local shop had a guy dressed as a full Batman villain for a Tuesday afternoon
Last week, a man in a full, homemade Riddler costume came into the comic shop just to buy the new Detective Comics issue. He was doing the voice and everything, holding up the line. The clerk just rang him up like it was totally normal, which made it even funnier. What's the most over the top fan behavior you've seen in person?

Saw a post about a guy who brought a full lightsaber to a movie opening. Not a toy, like a custom built one with sound effects. He kept clashing with empty air during quiet scenes. Whole row was giving him the stink eye. Security finally asked him to put it away after he hit a seat.

Man that's honestly kind of sad but also hilarious in a cringe way. I get being excited for a movie but bringing a full custom lightsaber and reenacting scenes in the theater is next level. Like, you're not at a convention or a fan meetup, you're just at a regular movie showing with regular people who paid to watch a film not a one-man show. Probably thought he was the main character or something. If security had to step in after he hit a seat, that's just embarrassing for everyone involved.
