Had a day last month where everything went right for once...
Was inspecting a bridge pier in Norfolk and the visibility was crystal clear, a seal swam right past me, and the client handed me a $200 bonus on the spot for finishing early. Has anyone else ever had a dive day that just felt too perfect?

Wait, a client actually handed you $200 cash on the spot? That sounds like something from a movie, not real life. Most clients I deal with act like they're doing you a favor just paying you on time.

Oh man, tell me about it! I had one client throw a $50 at me like it was a tip at a restaurant and then act shocked when I asked for the rest of what they owed.
