Why does nobody check their umbilical before a bounce dive but everyone checks their bailout?
Watched three guys at the dock in Morgan City last month scrub their bailout bottles spotless while their 300 foot umbilical sat coiled with a chafed section and a dead comm wire, and I keep going back and forth on whether that is just habit or a real problem worth calling out.
