Just realized a client's 'virus' was just them hitting the scroll lock key for 2 years

Had a guy bring in his PC last week convinced he had malware because his Excel kept freezing, but after 20 minutes I noticed his arrow keys weren't scrolling and it turns out he accidentally hit scroll lock at his desk in Chicago and never knew what it did.

Bruh the scroll lock key got me too, my buddy spent a whole weekend reinstalling Windows over that exact thing.
