Spent 6 hours on a 'dead' Dell that just needed the CMOS battery reseated
Everyone on the forums said swap the board or replace the RAM, but the actual fix was pulling and reseating a $2 battery in a Latitude E7470. Anyone else had a machine fake a total hardware failure over something that dumb?
