Wasted $200 on a 'certified refurbished' power supply from some random eBay seller

Bought it thinking I was saving a buck for a client build. Thing lasted exactly 2 weeks before it started sparking. Took the client's motherboard and GPU with it. Had to eat the cost of replacing both out of my own pocket. Anyone else get burned by fake refurb listings on eBay?

Yeah man always test refurb stuff on a junk rig first before trusting it with a clients parts.

Buddy of mine had the same thing happen with a "refurb" GPU last year.
