Hit 250 yards of walkway last week and that got me thinking

I just finished a 250 foot stretch of residential walkway in Phoenix last Tuesday. It was the kind of job where you keep your head down and just pour and finish for hours. When I finally backed up and looked at it, I realized I've been doing this for 22 years now (started as a helper at 19). That number 250 just hit different because my first big solo job was 250 square feet of patio back in '03. I lost money on that one by a long shot, had to redo a whole corner the next day. Has anyone else had a specific job size or number that made you stop and think about how far you've come?

Man, that really hits home (I had the same thing with 500 feet of driveway last year).
