Wet cure vs spray cure on a hot day, the difference blew my mind

I did a garage apron last August in Phoenix, sprayed cure on one half and wet burlap on the other half, and the wet cure side came out way harder with zero hairline cracks after 28 days. Has anyone else messed around with both methods on the same pour?

Wait, did I read that right? You did a side-by-side comparison on the same pour in Phoenix heat? That's fascinating, I've never heard of anyone doing that before.

Burning up in Phoenix and you went with wet burlap? Man, you must have a masochist streak or just really hate your back. I did a similar test on a driveway in Tucson and the spray cure side looked like a dried up riverbed by day three while the wet cure was still sweating it out. Guess which one I'll be dragging burlap across until I'm 90.
