A client's comment about her hair color made me change my consultation process

Honestly, I was doing a color correction on a regular client last Thursday and she mentioned her new office has huge windows with direct afternoon sun. She said, 'I love this red, but by 3 PM it looks orange in that light.' Ngl, I hadn't really thought about asking where clients spend most of their day. Now I always ask about their main lighting situation, home or work, during the initial consult. Has anyone else started adding lighting questions to their color intake form?

Seriously, you can't plan for every single lighting situation a client might face.
