Hit 100 haircuts in one month and I still don't know how my wrist held up

Last month I did 100 haircuts in 30 days, which is way more than my usual 60 or so. It wasn't planned, it just happened because I had three walk-in heavy Saturdays in a row and a bunch of regulars all booked at once. By the end of the month my forearm felt like it was made of rubber bands and my scissors hand kept cramping up at night. I even had to switch to a lighter pair of shears for the last week just to get through. What surprised me most was that I didn't mess up any cuts from fatigue, but I did forget to charge my clippers twice. Anyone else ever accidentally hit a crazy milestone like that and wonder how your body held up?

Ngl your wrist is tougher than mine, I hit 85 once and couldn't grip my coffee cup for days.

Honestly give some credit to your body mechanics too. Most people don't realize grip strength is about how your tendons and ligaments handle the load, not just how tight you can squeeze. @faithb76 your wrist might actually be built different, like you could have more collagen density or something. Some people just have naturally tougher joints from their bone structure. Plus 85 is no joke, that's serious tension that can mess with your nerves if you don't brace right. I'd rather someone tap out at 75 and save their wrist than push through and regret it later.
