Looked at my books and realized I did 75 haircuts in one month

I was just going over my numbers from April and the total hit me. Seventy five haircuts. That's more than I've ever done in a single month since I opened my chair three years ago. I remember one Tuesday where I had nine appointments back to back, and my feet were screaming by the end. It's a good problem to have, but it also made me realize I'm not taking any time for myself. I haven't had a proper lunch break in weeks, just scarfing down a protein bar between clients. I love the work, but this pace isn't sustainable. How do you all handle it when you get this busy without burning out?
