Took me 45 minutes to fix a toner that should have been a 5 minute swap
I was doing a color correction on a client yesterday and my toner just would NOT take evenly. I kept adding more thinking it was my application, but nope, it was my water temperature being off. The sink was running cold since someone used the hot water upstairs right when I started. Had to re-wet her hair three times before I figured out the culprit. Anyone else get thrown off by random building water issues messing with your chemical processes?

My friend had her toner turn completely green because her salon's water heater went out midservice.
