Saw a crew in Dallas last year try to lift a pallet of shingles that was clearly over the line on the chart. The whole rig tipped, it was a total mess. Charts are NOT suggestions.

Doubt every chart is a hard rule though. I mean, sometimes you gotta push things a bit to get the job done. Maybe that crew just had a really bad day.
