Figured the $80 riding mower in Toledo was a scam, but the guy actually held it for me
He sent me a photo of the deck with a tape measure on it and said the blade was sharpened in April, so I drove out expecting junk and it started on the second pull, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has scored a mower that cheap without getting burned.
