Debate: Does writing every day actually help, or just burn you out faster?
I used to think the 'write 500 words daily' rule was gospel, but after 4 months straight I hit a wall where every prompt felt like a chore, not a spark. On the flip side, a friend swears her best ideas only come from forced daily sessions at 6 AM. Which side are you on, and what made you switch? I'm genuinely torn after seeing both work and fail.
