That abandoned mall in Columbus made me rethink my whole setting game
I walked through the old Northland Mall last Saturday for a photo project and the food court still has that sticky floor smell from 2009. How do you write a scene around a dead building without making it just another gloomy ruin, has anyone found a way to make it feel alive?
