Just realized I was using the same password for 15 years

Last night I got a notification from my bank about a login attempt from Nigeria... checked my password manager and found out I hadn't rotated my email password since 2009. What finally tipped me off was seeing my old AOL email in a data breach list from a site called Have I Been Pwned. Anyone else have a wake up call like that with an old account?
