Overheard a sysadmin say 'your password policy is why people use post-it notes' and it hit me different
He was talking about how forcing 16-character random passwords with 90-day resets just makes everyone write them on yellow stickies, and honestly I never thought about usability vs security until that moment, so what do you guys do to balance strength with stuff people can actually remember?

Used passphrases instead. People remember sentences way better.
