The phishing email that looked so real it got past my spam filter last Tuesday

I got an email supposedly from my bank, Chase, saying my account was locked due to suspicious activity. The logo and formatting were spot on, and it even referenced my actual branch in Columbus. I clicked the link and entered my username before realizing the URL was off by one letter. I immediately changed my password and ran a full antivirus scan, but I'm still worried about what else they could have gotten. Has anyone else had a phishing attempt that slipped past their filters and what did you do after?
