Tried that 'use a different password for every site' advice for a week and lost my mind
I set up a password manager last Monday and locked myself out of my own email twice in one day because I kept forgetting to copy the generated password. Has anyone else had this kind of trouble with password managers or am I just doing it wrong?

Did you try enabling the auto-fill feature on your phone or browser? That saved me from copying and pasting the wrong passwords all the time. It takes a bit of setup but it makes the whole system way smoother once you get it working.

Auto-fill has its own headaches though. @ray_carr I tried it and it kept filling in the wrong credentials on shared computers at my co-working space. Ended up with someone else's login info saved in my browser more than once. Password managers just add another layer of stuff to manage if you ask me, especially when you're bouncing between devices. The whole "one password to rule them all" idea sounds great until your master password is the one you forget at 2am.
