Serious question, did anyone else ditch the phone wallet case after losing a card on a Denver trip?
I carried a phone wallet case for 2 years until my debit card slid out somewhere between gate B12 and the rental car desk in Denver, and that $35 replacement fee plus 3 days without a card pushed me to a slim front pocket wallet with a cash strap last month, so now I want to know if anyone else made the switch or if I'm just being paranoid about a one time fluke.
Oh man, my buddy Dave had the exact same thing happen. He was at some music fest in Austin and his ID and credit card both fell out of his phone case somewhere in the crowd. He spent half the next day at the DMV trying to get a new license just so he could fly home. After that he got one of those little leather wallets that sticks to the back of your phone with a magnet, but he still checks it like ten times a day.
