I was tracking my wins wrong for months and didn't know it

I used to just write 'had a good day' in my journal, but my friend Sarah in Austin pointed out that's not a win, it's a feeling. The real win was that I finally cleaned my car for the first time since March. Now I write down the exact thing I did, not just how I felt. How do you guys make sure you're actually logging a win and not just a mood?

Feelings are the whole point of a win. If you felt good after cleaning your car, that's the win right there. Writing down just the chore misses why you even keep the list.
