Spent 45 minutes looking for my glasses while they were on my face

I was hunting all over the house for my reading glasses this morning, getting frustrated, even checked the fridge. Finally caught my reflection in the microwave and realized I had them on the whole time. Took me a full 45 minutes of my lunch break to figure that out, felt like a total goof. Has anyone else wasted a ridiculous amount of time looking for something that was already in plain sight?

Yeah, once I spent ten minutes looking for my phone while I was TALKING on it.

Did you check the fridge too? I used to think I was above this kind of thing, but now I know better.
