Spent an hour trying to get my front door to close right before I realized the weather strip was just installed upside down from the factory.

I kept adjusting the strike plate and even sanded the edge down a little, but it was only when I flipped the rubber seal over that it clicked shut perfectly on the first try has anyone else had a simple fix like that drive them crazy?

My buddy spent two hours on a crooked ceiling fan before he noticed the mounting bracket was upside down.
