Unpopular opinion: the 10 minute walk before my 8am shift does more for me than the extra 30 minutes of sleep
Last Tuesday I dragged myself out of bed at 7:05 instead of 7:35 and did a slow loop around the block near my apartment in Cleveland, and the whole rest of the day I actually felt like a person. Does anyone else find that a tiny bit of morning movement beats hitting snooze, or am I just fooling myself?
