Vent: Paid $180 for a parking pass and lost my car for 20 minutes anyway

Bought a prepaid garage pass near the arena for a concert tonight. Figured it would save me circling downtown. Nope, the app showed level 3 but the sign said P2 and my spot number didn't match the zone map. Walked around with my key fob clicking until a guy in a golf cart pointed me to the roof. Has anyone else had these passes send you to the wrong level or was it just my bad luck?
