My friend's startup QuikBox failed because they ignored user feedback for 8 months
I helped my buddy launch QuikBox in Austin in 2022, a same-day delivery app for small businesses. We spent $12,000 building features nobody asked for while customers kept begging for basic tracking updates. By the time we added tracking, all 3 of our initial clients had switched to a competitor. Has anyone else watched a startup crash because the team fell in love with their own ideas?

Read this piece in Harvard Business Review a while back about the "founder's trap" where creators get so invested in their own vision they stop listening. Your QuikBox story is a perfect example. Eight months is a long time to ignore customers begging for a basic feature like tracking. Makes me wonder how many startups burn cash on flashy upgrades when simple fixes would keep clients happy.
