Vent: I defended my cofounder's 'vision' for 8 months, then read our own churn data
Ngl, I used to think we just needed to hustle harder and the market would catch up, but after we mapped out why customers left, every single one said the core feature was confusing. I stopped trusting the story we told ourselves and started trusting the drop-off numbers at the 14 day mark. Has anyone else had to admit their own product was the problem, not the marketing?

Funny how that works. Used to be the same way in my world, swore it was all about timing and messaging. Then you finally look at the actual numbers and it hits you like a brick, the product was the whole problem. It stings but man, it saves you a lot of wasted effort.
